SWTH will take every care and precaution for your safety. We accept no responsibility for any illness, accident, or loss, nor any expense arising from such accident or loss occurring during or after your hunt.   Bookings for all our hunts are limited. Because of the demand, we book on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you think you might be interested in one of our hunts, please contact us as soon as possible. A 50% deposit is required when you book; the balance is due 30 days prior to the actual hunt date. In the event of cancellation, all monies will be forfeited, unless other arrangements have been made. The reason we require the balance to be paid 30 days in advance is because we pay our ranchers and landowners 14 days before the hunts start.   We hope this Information will be of assistance to you.
